- Classes are held at the Wake Tech烘焙厨房, at 6750 Perry Creek Road in Raleigh.

认可及认证
Wake Tech's 烹饪艺术 and 烘焙及糕点艺术 programs are accredited by the 美国烹饪联合会 (ACF). Graduates of ACF-accredited degree, diploma or certificate programs are eligible to receive a Certified Culinarian® or Certified Pastry Cook certification. 这些认证不需要收费，也不需要单独的考试。 毕业生必须提供证明毕业的最终成绩单和ACF会员资格的文件。 证书/文凭毕业生还必须证明一年的入门级工作经验才能获得认证。 申请和文件必须在毕业后一年内提交。
